It was the most amazing stay close to the bowling club, just what we needed. Would stay again if I were on holiday and for a day trip. Was real value for money.
Apartment is very basic, dark room with no window, living area only has lace curtains, bedding is poor, no cover for rain, definitely would not recommend.
Very neat place to stay! The beds sleep great! Everything we needed. Value for money!

The owners were friendly but the accommodation is not fully equipped for self catering. Kitchen is very small and you can't really cook. There is not even a drying rack and the dish soap is too little. The place is cheap so you have to clean yourself - there weren't any cleaning products or a broom or anything though. The aircon didn't work either and we were very hot. I also asked when booking the place if the beach was accessible to dogs and was quickly told yes. However, we were stopped at the gate and told that only the locals' dogs are allowed on the beach and that from the 16th of December to the 5th of January dogs are restricted and can only be on the beach from 5 to 7 in the morning. I feel the owners could have given us the information because we then had to drive to Richards Bay every day to be able to be with our dogs on the beach.
Stefan and Santel are people of heart who make a lot of effort for their guests.
