28 guests' feedbackUpon our arrival, Elias welcomed us and took us to our unit. The view from the unit is incredibly beautiful, overlooking the dam. The environment is peaceful and we had no disturbances, only a few monkeys came to visit us on one of the days. There is also a hiking trail to the dam, it is through the forest and any "hiker's" dream. The unit has basically everything you will need on your holiday: coffee, tea, sugar, mosquito repellent, barbecue salt, dish soap and so on. For hot months like December I recommend an air conditioner, but we had a great time cooling off in our own private pool.
Beautiful place with lovely view. Great service. Truly five star.

Bushwillow is tidy, enough space and everything you need for a break. Adults and children enjoyed it immensely, will definitely visit Bushwillow again.
One of the top spots I visited in Hazyview. The whole household wanted to stay a day extra. It is safe and quiet. Awesome view of the lake from the patio and pool. The bedding and towels were nice and clean and it had the best smell. The chimney worked wonders on the cool nights. Full DStv so we could watch the Bokke beat the Lions again. Looking forward to the next visit.

Peaceful and quiet. Lovely views across the dam.
Our family loved our stay at Bushwillow. We would definitely book the accommodation again and have recommended it to a number of friends. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Bushwillow is well situated to access Kruger, God's Window, the Bourke's Luck and many other sites. After a day of sightseeing we all looked forward to returning for an evening on the patio of Bushwillow. We all wish we could have stayed longer. Many thanks for our wonderful stay.
Best visit in the Lowveld.
Our stay at Bushwillow was very nice. From the nightingales that play in the trees in the evenings, to the Osprey that sings over the pond. The unit itself is very well equipped, clean and tidy with plenty of space for the children to play. We felt safe and at home the whole time. Will definitely book there again for a getaway.

Unfortunately when we got there the electricity was not available, but it was a problem of whole area next day later was okay & other than that it was cool.
It was a great experience staying at Bushwillow. The owners are friendly and helpful. Great place for a family getaway. Great experience in nature.
We had a nice time. We were there with a group of motorbikes. Even though parts of the road had been dirt road it was still easy to drive and nicely scraped. The environment is very beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely recommend Bushwillow.
The staff on premises were great and very helpful. Although the weather was a bit rough the first night we all enjoyed it because of the amazing outdoor atmosphere. Security was 100% with a security guard walking around making sure there was no danger.

Bushwillow and surroundings has the most amazing view of the Da Gama Dam where you wake up to the fish eagle's call every morning. Very central to routes to be taken up the Graskop area, God's Window, The Pinnacle, Bourke's Luck and Three Rondawels. Also a relaxing drive to Sabie, Pilgrim's Rest and all the surrounding waterfalls. Close enough to take a day's drive through the Kruger Park.
Kitchen more than fully equipped, spacious, neat bedrooms. The living area is large enough for 8 people and has a fireplace. The wooden deck and braai area is large and perfect for a great time. The pool is just big enough to complete a nice summer kuier. Excellent location and beautiful. Security is top notch and staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again in summer. No negative points to mention.

We were a group of 8 on a golf tour. There was more than enough room for everyone and we had a good time staying and visiting. There was not a dishwasher as it was advertised and even though there was a DStv decoder it was not activated and it was not mentioned anywhere that the tenant/s must bring their own card. Otherwise we really enjoyed it.
It is a fantastically beautiful place and everything you could possibly need is there. I would recommend Bushwillow to anyone. Just make sure the hotel where you need to pick up the key knows of your arrival. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful and there is so much to do.
