We were received extremely well upon arrival, the place was clean and fresh, and we were also offered housekeeping during our stay. We were able to do many activities in the yard, and they were both adult and kid friendly. We are really grateful. The fact that the place was next to malls, petrol garages, and other activities was a real deal. Thank you so much. It was a truly lovely experience for myself and the whole family.

Clean, neat. No coffee/tea. Only one pillow per person and only 2 towels for 3 guests.
Value for money. Too much outside lighting at night. Rooms need some TLC. Friendly staff, close to shops. Parking is a problem as any SUV will struggle to get into the parking space behind a locked gate.
On arrival at 15h00, there was nobody at reception. We were completely locked out and sat on the street. None of the phone numbers displayed on the outside or website worked. After 40 minutes, one of the guests came to our rescue and phoned the owner, who came out to open up and allowed us to enter, as he could not find our booking. We were tired and very disappointed.

The Accommodation is a lot better than what you would expect for the price. Some areas might need a little touch up as there are some cracks and chips on the walls in the bedroom. But let me tell you, if you are not planning on being in the house a lot, do yourself a favor and experience their pool, it is absolutely amazing and in my honest opinion far more enjoyable than the resort.

No supervision after hours, other guests party noisily until after 03:00, then guests are also outside at 05:00 talking loudly. Barely slept, will never stay here again.

The place was nice and clean except for dustbins, it was only in the kitchen of which you need one as well in the bathrooms, there was nothing to clean bathrooms after taking a bath we where suppose to use our own bath towels of which it’s not a good thing. But I really liked the place it was very except for those manners.

The apartment is large, spacious, painfully tidy and clean. We enjoyed the big pool after a long day on the road. We were 4 women and felt very safe.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Carlana. The place is very clean and tidy. It’s a comfortable place that quickly eases the anxiety of being in a foreign place. Feels like home.
It was a privilege for us to spend the night there. Everything was in its place, tidy and we were received very kindly. Carlana provided us with a lock-up garage for our pram, at no extra cost. If I go that route again, Carlana is my first choice.

A clean swimming pool, nice playing are for kids. Safe parking, the bad thing was that we did not have electricity for 2 full days. It will come and go. Please get generator for backup in case of load shedding.

Apartments very nice, neat and spacious. Friendly owners. Very nice place. Apartments private if you want to braai alone. Reception area very nice if you want to visit there. Was there with small children. Would just suggest they make the area around the fishpond safer for small children.

The unit is well equipped, spacious, neat and clean. The woman at reception was a bit emotionless and not very welcoming. The parking for normal vehicles are lock-up parking , but too small for a SUV. The person that overnights on the premises said that I could park my vehicle next to his room behind gates, which I really appreciated. Mixed feelings about security: parking vehicles in stalls, electric fencing around the premises (I doubt its efficiency seeing that the wires looked loose and haywire), and that there is no burglar-proofing on the security gates of the units.
The best I have ever found! I would stay there again!
