We had a great time living in Casa Calida, clean and tidy. Had standby power. Ideal for 1 night's sleepover.
Slept one night on the way to Richtersveld. Rium, clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need. We like the area where it is located: out of the hustle and bustle with secure parking.
We were received very kindly and got an extra large bed because our boy still sleeps with us. Every inquiry was responded to immediately. The place is beautiful and very safe.
The lighting is very poor in the room and the one bedside lamp did not work. The door struggled to close and a lot of time was spent trying to get the door locked. Overall we would not stay there again. Service has not been terribly good. Person has asked for payment but they must know that payment is made on the website ahead of time.

We had a wonderful stay, it was convenient , neat, everything you can expect from a guesthouse.

Was really nice and the restaurant is walking distance for the young ones. Only issue was quite a few noisy people, don't know if they celebrated something, we're still up and making a racket at 01:30 in the morning. So we got up at 04:00 and drove home.
Neat, clean and new. Convenient and safe with secure parking. Extremely reasonable rates!
Casa Calida Guesthouse is far enough from the city centre. Nice and quiet and got some great rest. A microwave would be a nice addition to the room if you want to heat something. I definitely recommend this guesthouse.
According to information in room, breakfast was from 07:00 to 09:00. We went for breakfast just after 08:00, where we were told that breakfast is from 07:00 to 08:00 and that it is only during the week 07:00 to 09:00 and we had to let them know that we were going to have breakfast eat, nowhere was it mentioned to us at all. So we just slept, we left again early Sunday morning. They could have asked us less because we didn't have breakfast.
