Casa Flora is centrally located. Their service is great. The place is clean and tidy and safe.
Guest house very neat. Rooms are luxurious and spacious. Located in beautiful complex with golf course and hiking trails. Gate access problematic. For guest house guests, a "multi entry" code should be provided for access.
The little things need a little attention. The parking area is small and difficult to turn large vehicles into the area. The trees' leaves at the entrance and exit hang very low and scratch the vehicle with entrance and exit at the gates. There are pictures removed from the walls, but the markings remain and you can see something is lacking. Furthermore, the people are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you.
I slept very well. I booked for single occupancy and upon arrival I was upgraded to a double room. A spacious bedroom and spacious bathroom with bath and shower. The bed slept great. Very quiet and homely atmosphere. The breakfast was also of high quality. Good security.
Customer service 100%. Constantly made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast excellent. The house woof stole our hearts. Even woof came to say hello every morning. Safety forever. Very strict at the entrance to the estate. It just makes you feel safe.

One looks at pictures that are offered on the Internet. But then you arrive at the guest house, then it's better than you expected. The whole design of the building is stylish and it immediately creates the feeling of durability. Then you walk in and the decor is very special and it immediately makes you feel comfortable. The hostess, Renette, has just that "touch" to make any room and corner appear stylish. She gives her all and she is involved all the time. Her husband Jan is also busy there with maintenance and there is nothing out of place either. Then there is Paul and Vincint with the other staff who just carried me on my hands. I felt so at home and welcome. My room was equipped with everything possible, including air conditioning with a large bathroom with bath and shower. The bed linen and towels are pure white and durable. There is space for parking within the yard and generally safety is not a factor. The guest house is within Silver Lakes Golf Estate with great security. There is a mall, not 2 kilometers away, where you can eat or just shop like Woolworths. Many thanks to everyone at the Casa Flora for your great service and care. I recommend this guest house to those who expect above average from a guest house.
Clean neat rooms with nice aircon for the winter. Breakfast was good, especially the omelette's filling was absolutely delicious.
