Bedroom 2 comprises a queen-size bed while the third bedroom features a queen-size bed with a separate entrance into a full bathroom. There is a large sleeper couch (with mattresses) for 2 available. Guests share a separate bathroom fitted with a bath and shower and toilet with an extra separate guest toilet.
The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a TV, a dining table, an entertainment area with a bar and indoor braai, and a kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen contains a kitchen nook, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, and coffee and tea-making facilities. Leading from the entertainment area is a deck with a swimming pool, a bar, and a relaxation area for guests to unwind. In addition, the house includes a small inverter to ensure that essential amenities like the TV and Wi-Fi are available even during power outages. Secure parking is available on the property.

11 guests' feedbackWe enjoyed the place, it was so clean, neat and peaceful.
We stayed at the smaller Champers (not Champers with a view) for 3 nights during October 2024. Upon arrival, we found the accommodation spotless with adequate toiletries and clean towels provided. The host was most thoughtful in making sure there was ice in the freezer and cold bottled water in the fridge. The large bed was very comfortable and the duvet kept us snuggly warm. The quiet and secure environment ensured a peaceful night's rest. The shower was more than large enough, spotless with plenty of hot water and enough pressure to eradicate the dust after a long day's journey. Outside Champers, there is a covered patio area with seating and a table. The large braai even had fire lighters provided by the host. The B and B is ideally located near a number of shopping malls where all your basic necessities are easily available, with good restaurants for those nights when you choose not to braai. We needed to be in Brackenfell for business reasons and the location was obviously ideal whilst not too far away to meet with family in Cape Town who flew down from Gauteng to run the Cape Marathon.
So much pampering for one night! The attention to detail is truly remarkable. Absolute value for money. Host went out of their way to accommodate us when we made a special request. Friendly, safe, tidy, clean, beautiful, all in one package (at a very reasonable price!).
It was a great environment, quiet and safe.
Our stay was lovely, beautiful and clean. Did not lack anything. Would definitely stay there again when we need to be in Cape Town.

Honestly, I don't know where to begin. Dirk, the owner, thank you once again for the place. When we got there, everything was exactly like in the pictures, clean, and the house alone smelled amazing. The weather was a problem, but the fireplace inside covered that, which was a bonus. We forgot some of the spices, only to find out you have more than enough. The neighbourhood was quiet, no drama whatsoever, and our safety was covered. Thank you truly. We are truly thankful for the place and will definitely pop in at the summer time.

It was beautiful. The property is amazing, comfortable, perfectly situated, and secure.
