9 guests' feedbackWe were not informed that the site uses brackish water, nor that hunters were there during our stay, which meant that we could not walk anywhere. Didn't see any animals either. I just feel that one should be told in advance about these things. We were there to see animals but couldn't see any. A TV is also advertised, but due to some problem we didn't have one. My next request is that if we make a reservation in a certain suite that we get it and not be moved to another room because the room in question was not cleaned. We wanted that particular unit because it overlooked the water hole. Otherwise a very nice place.
Good place to use as a base. Staff very friendly. Have fun.
Convenient and tranquil bush atmosphere. Units are very well equipped, would've enjoyed a shower outside.

This game reserve is not a 4 star accommodation. Everything is neat, but deserves a "face lift".
Immediately felt welcoming after meeting the staff. Facilities were neat and game could be viewed from the front stoep.
We enjoyed our time at Chariandra so much. Everything was neat, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Chariandra is a perfect base from which to explore the Addo area.
