Nice stay with adequate cooling for Upington's summer.
Safe and comfortable space with a friendly welcome. Lovely outside area to relax and a full fridge that was big enough for our frozen food. Shower heat and pressure were good and beds were comfortable. The bunk bed is suitable for an adult at the bottom or for children. Travelled with a 9-year-old and 25-year-old. Rusks and bottled water were a nice add-on. Safe off-street parking. Close to shops and takeaways.
We booked on 27th February 2024 and paid in full for the accommodation on 9th April 2024. On 5th April 2024 while we were already on our way, a WhatsApp message was sent to me by the owner that the accommodation was let on a long term basis and we were to another guest house was referred. Once there, we were again directed to another guest house. The latter was perfectly acceptable to us.
The place is centrally located. Nice front garden with lawn for the children. The personal "touch" of milk, bottled water and the biscuit makes it special.
Comfortably furnished, secure parking, close to everything. Value for money.
Will stay there again. Outstanding.

We spent the night with two young boisterous boys who just couldn't settle down after the day on the road. The neat garden ensured that they could run off the energy while my wife and I could calmly unpack the overnight bags, neat safe environment. Thanks for the effort and the really neat place, will definitely stay there again.
Friendly and excellent service. Nice close to the mall and safe for small children. Enough space. We had a great time staying and visiting. This will definitely be our home base in Upington from now on.

Bathroom small. No TV in main room. No aircon in main room. Needs a remote gate for coming in late.
