The accommodation comprises 3, self-contained buildings with a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time. Of the 4 bedrooms, 3 have luxurious, king-size beds and one bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and linen and towels are provided for guests' convenience.
The Grand Pavillion is a newly built villa with large open living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchenette, open-plan bedroom upstairs with en-suite bathroom, a large patio, long pool and amazing sea views overlooking the surf on Glen Beach.
The main house is the original building, now declared a national heritage site. It comprises a large living area, large kitchen, 2, upstairs bedrooms, both with large en-suite bathrooms and patios overlooking the beach.
The Granny Flat is behind the house next to the garage and comprises a kitchenette, bedroom with sea views and a full bathroom.
While on the property, guests have access to uncapped, fibre Wi-Fi, hairdryers and bath soaps, fresh white percale linen, towels and beach towels, full satellite TV, a single garage and off street parking for 3 cars, 2 fully fitted kitchens fitted with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, a laundry with washing machine and dryer, wood-burning fireplace and Weber gas braai.
For added security, it is fitted with a modern alarm system which is linked to armed response and has a night security guard. There are digital safes for valuables throughout.
Housekeeping from Monday to Friday is included and additional services are available at an extra rate.

House rules
Very strict no-party and no-noise disturbance policy at this villaThis property is not child-friendly.
We make use of the services of professional pool cleaners as well as a garden service. They have a regular visit routine, and the housekeeper or management company will be able to give you details of the days they are due.
These services are in place to ensure the property stays in the good condition our guests have come to appreciate and return to for their holiday. The days for service are all pre-arranged and cannot be changed.
Only those persons who signed this agreement may use the property.
This is a non-smoking property, and you are kindly requested to refrain from smoking inside the rented premises. Ashtrays are provided for outside use so please do not litter the garden with cigarette butts.
Please note that hookah pipes are strictly prohibited, both inside and outside the property.
Please note that no pets or animals are allowed on the property at any time. Any breach of this clause will result in immediate cancellation of your booking without refund, and the cost for all furniture/carpets to be professionally cleaned, and the property fumigated will be deducted from your breakage deposit, along with any additional damages including the garden and outdoor areas.
