Stroll the open-plan layout, taking in views over the swimming pool, mountain and the ocean before enjoying the pampering of the freestanding bath, double vanity and walk-in shower area. Dark woods and warm, earthy tones make the second bedroom an oasis of calm sophistication and feature a private courtyard perfect for lazy afternoons spent with a book. A walk-in shower, oval bath and generous double vanity complete the room. Above the pool house is the third bedroom, accessible only by a private entrance. Stylishly decorated in warm beach and ocean tones and boasting a private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, it’s the perfect spot to freshen up after a long day on the beach.

The fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen holds a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. There are a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' convenience.

There is an equipped bar which walks out to the private swimming pool and outdoor leisure area. Guests can also relax in the fully-furnished pool house, complete with a private bathroom and ample seating.

Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi during their stay.

There is street parking available. Alternatively, secured parking can be arranged at an additional cost and pending availability.

The linen is changed every 6th day.

Bathroom towels are changed every 3rd day.

Silent hours are from 22:00 - 08:00 as per residential by-laws:
Use of Pool and Jacuzzi areas between 10:00 and 20:00 only.
Use of braai areas between 12:00 and 22:00 only
No/minimum noise around the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi/braai areas at all times
No private parties, events, celebrations or functions are allowed around the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi/braai areas.
