There is a small safe available. Wi-Fi and an inverter are available. The house has its own water tank with a pump. There is solar power for the house except for the stove, geyser and aircon.
The complex has a security gate at the entrance and locked gate onto the beautiful beach to which only residents have access. Parking is available for 3 vehicles only, including a trailer. The complex also has a communal swimming pool area for guests use.
