39 guests' feedbackWe basically just slept there, drove around a lot. I would only recommend that guests who don't like to sleep with doors open bring their own fan for the few hot nights - my personal preference.
Quiet neat clean fresh surrounded with crisp towels sun bedding simple but all you need. Friendly reception
Initially thought it was a cute little place, has everything you need and you have a slight glimpse of the sea. It was just a warm night, without a fan. Owner will have to provide a fan as well as inform travelers to take mosquito poison with them, mosquitoes were very troublesome.
Everything was perfect. Hostess a wonderful person and very hospitable. Will never forget the stay and definitely recommend.
Would recommend Coco Self Catering unit anytime, peaceful atmosphere, customer service fantastic
Everything was fine for one night's sleepover.
It was such a pleasant time. Would definitely go back! Thank you for a lovely at home feeling Jean.
The accommodation was very clean and peaceful inside, and a stone's throw away from the sea. Very nice.
We really liked the accommodation, it was neat and had everything we needed. We will definitely recommend it.
Exactly what we expected and close to beach for long walks. Housing unit spacious and the porch private and cozy.
Thank you Jean for your hospitality! We slept well!
The bed does not sleep comfortably. There wasn't a fan. There also wasn't any DStv. Luckily there was a small radio. The step leading to the unit is unstable.
Ek en my man het oor die afgelope langnaweek in die Coco-selfsorgeenheid gebly. Dit was so rustig.
We would definitely recommend Coco Self Catering for everyone wanting a neat and well equipped unit with professional and friendly service.
My son and myself decided to get away for two days to do some fishing and relax before work and studies began in the new year. We found Coco Self Catering Units to be the perfect spot to do this from. Unit was very clean and had all the equipment etc. that we needed. Thanks to Jean for the stay.
Jean is a lovely person who received us warmly. The accommodation was very comfortable and private, the bed comfortable to sleep on.
Enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. I think the bed should be replaced and the curtains neatened.
Such a nice, beautiful place. Friendly reception and clean, neat place where you can relax. Central location if you want to explore the West Coast. We will stay there again.
Would recommend to anyone looking for some peace and quiet. Hostess is very hospitable and the unit is very clean and tidy.
Great reception. Very helpful and friendly. Very neat apartment with everything we needed. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended to all. We really enjoyed it.
We had a wonderful rest and the place was very comfortable. No problems.
We had a great time, barbecued, gas slept, swam and drove around. The unit was spacious and had everything needed. The rest we could buy within walking distance or drive to the neighboring towns. The hostess met us kindly and helped out where necessary with instructions, directions and the like.
We were very warmly received by Jean, and had a very nice stay. Everything needed for self-catering was there.
What a pleasant landlady, unit clean and comfortable. Not really an ocean view, yet within easy walking distance to the sea and one can hear the ocean! Unspoilt beach, great for walking, resting and swimming. Fair price and would definitely recommend the accommodation and area. Thank you! Was great to visit Laaiplek Hotel, Paternoster and Bokkomlaan in Velddrif.
Value for money! One got the feeling that the owner wants to provide good service!
We enjoyed the stay and appreciate the way that the unit is kitted out.
Accommodation not as hoped, no packing space, no curtains in front of the bathroom window, no safety regarding vehicles. There was a carport, but on the info sheet sent to us it said there was a lockable garage. Single bed only had a sheet on. Two plate stove had been covered with foil, didn't even use it. Was too scared to uncover it. Took photos. Will send it to the agent.
It has all that you need for a relaxing time. I would prefer DStv as we are sport fans.
Coco Self Catering Units was an ideal, peaceful experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was also perfect for the purpose we went there for, namely to go fishing and just stay there briefly during meals and to rest. Will recommend it to my friends and family.
It was a wonderful 6 day experience. Have a nice barbecue and visit all the surrounding villages. Thanks Jean and LekkeSlaap.
If you want peace and quiet and take walk on the beach this is the place to go. Not to far from shopping centers if you need things. We will use this place again.
Friendly hostess; clean and tidy unit that has all the basic necessities for a weekend near the sea. The units each have a nice spacious private balcony at the back, away from the street.
Coco Self Catering is recommended if you just want to stay overnight. It's clean, tidy and friendly.
Coco Self Catering Unit is a nice and clean place to stay. Our hostess was friendly. It is close to Velddrif and Laaiplek.
Pots not 100% clean. Grill dirty. Reception was superficial.
The furniture is old and it looks like a combination of furniture pieces from a pawn shop. You have to share the extension cord between the bedside lamp (only one lamp for 3 people) and the TV - either read a book, or watch TV (SABC 1, 2, 3 + e-TV). We still haven't met the owners. Parking is not clearly allocated to the units and we were once told to park outside the premises. Will I ever stay there again - most definitely NOT.
Traffic from main road sometimes disturbing.
