2 guests' feedbackIt was peaceful and the host was extremely helpful with whatever we needed. The place is completely worth each cent. Will be going there soon. Regular customer indeed.
You can see that the place has not been in the accommodation business for long. I have been in the accommodation industry myself for a few years and Cottage @ 19th still has a few things that are lacking and are not yet up to date. There is no door between the bedroom and living area. The curtains and linen do not form a unit. The mirror in the room is on the opposite wall to where the wall plug is. This is a problem for a lady who needs to take care of her hair. The taps over the sinks are too big and don't leave much space for washing. The TV didn't work. We inquired about that and she would have sorted it out on Monday which never happened. The finishes in the unit are still incomplete such as wall plugs not properly installed. The walls need another coat of paint for sure. The kitchen is not up to standard. No workspace. The pictures advertised were definitely not the unit we stayed in. We were quite disappointed.
