The unit's couches need some work, and the TV set is outdated, but it is located in a very quiet and peaceful setting with beautiful gardens. And the bonus is that it is within walking distance of all kinds of interesting shops and restaurants.
This unit needs some refurbishment - very untidy and needs cleaning. I would not recommend this unit to guests until the soft upgrades have been completed. The location is great though.
