Amanda is a very friendly and helpful hostess, her place is very nice, spacious and clean. I slept really well with a very comfortable double bed mattress. The place has an equipped kitchen, making it easy for self use. Restaurants very close.

The unit was clean, beautifully furnished and the owner was friendly. Kitchen was reasonably well-equipped and the bathroom was spacious and neat. The only drawback is that the unit is attached to the main house with a hollow door that allows guests to hear every word that is spoken by the owners on the other side of the door. It appears that the owners' kitchen was on the other side of the door and at 23:00 on the Friday night something was being boiled/cooked by the owner in this kitchen that gave off a tremendous stench and made the unit unlivable.

De Kleine Herberg is stunning - exaclty like the pictures. Without a doubt the most beautiful place I've ever booked. Everything was spotless and it is equipped with everything you need for self-catering. The owner is really friendly and she went out of her way to make us feel at home. I really appreciated the littel extras, such as the milk in the fridge and the delicious rusks. I definitely recommend this place and if the opportunity presents itself I will stay here again.
We had a very nice stay. Everything very clean and very tidy. Bed slept well and the whole place is perfect. The only thing that bothered me a bit, but not that serious at all, is the fact that our car had to be parked outside. In today's time this is quite a problem. Fortunately, De Kleine Herberg is in a very quiet area and this means that it is not such a big problem.
Excellent value for money. Fully furnished with all appliances. Appreciate the flowers, drinks and biscuits. Literally everything you would need during your stay is thought of.
Unit was very neat and clean. Hostess even made us pancakes when we arrived and left it in the unit. It made us feel very welcome on a cold and wet evening. Will recommend that they look at sound insulation (like a double door) between the unit and the house.

We only stayed for 1 night to attend a wedding, but the room was so calming. I regret not staying longer. They even put milk in the fridge for a coffee the next morning, or if you return from the wedding at 03:00. Amanda is a very friendly hostess. Even though she didn't meet us, her communication is excellent. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. The neighbourhood is also peaceful and calming. I will definitely go back again if I get the chance.

The accommodation was clean and tidy! Our reception was not good at all, never met the owner either. Accommodation is also not so ideal if you travel with children.

From the first contact with Amanda until the last day when my sister and mother left, we received only the best, professional service. The accommodation is really very special, it is spacious enough and very stylishly furnished. The beds definitely slept very well. And all the necessary items for a blissful, peaceful stay are available in the apartment. The extra effort that Amanda made to explain the load shedding to the guests also clearly shows that she puts her guests absolutely first. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this place to any other prospective guest.

Me, my husband and baby stayed there for a few days while we were looking for a house to rent. Had a wonderful stay and they were extremely friendly and hospitable. I especially liked the SMS that Amanda sent us on the day of our arrival, it just gives you a sense of security especially when traveling to a new area. We were very busy and were very happy to arrive at a great tidy house! Amanda is a very friendly hostess and was available whenever we wanted to ask her something. The four of us were very happy that we could each enjoy a hot shower in the morning. Amanda's feminine touch gives the place a soft homely feel! We can't wait to visit again!
