Had a great stay, location is good and secure parking is available. The bonus is the on-site restaurant where meals can be enjoyed. Rooms are beautifully tidy with all the facilities you need. A big thumbs up to the staff who provided excellent service, the friendliest team I have met in a long time. Thank you for a very pleasant experience and guaranteed value for money.
On arrival they didn't even know about my booking! The bed wasn't even made properly! The gate didn't work, I had to drive around just to get the staff to sit and drink at the bar! Clearly it shows that they are open from 06:00 but by 08:00 there was still no one at the restaurant, I had to pay for breakfast that I didn't even get! I drove 800 km just to shower in cold water! The photos and review you see and the reality are not the same! Disappointed is not even the word I want to use!
Tshepang gave us a warm welcome, he gave an excellent service throughout our stay.
I enjoyed my stay to the full. I loved the fact that they use door codes to open and once it is closed from the inside you can't open it from the outside unless having the code. It is very accessible and it stands out. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist wherever possible. I am a sport person and I was very happy to see my favourite sport channel on TV. The food was divine, cooked to perfection.
Services rendered are a bit slow, especially ordering food, but everything was good.
