No bathroom door. Would appreciate it if the door is replaced. The aircon needs a good service - it makes a lot of noise.
Excellent communication with the owner. She was very helpful and accommodating. Great value for money and perfect location. It was perfect for what our needs were.
Just one thing to look into. On the confirmation letter it was said that breakfast was included, but when the people got there they were informed that it was not and that it was an extra charge.
It was quite pleasant, except that we had no water to shower that night.
The breakfast was okay, not the best. There is only secure parking for 5 cars, but they have 9 rooms. The host was not there at all. If you want to know something extra, the lady says you should always call the owner. The pool was green. Had no water in the evening. The photos do not match. The hangout area is nice. Room 3 and 4 share one bathroom across the hall, but the description only says this for room 4 and not room 3. At least the place was clean.

Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Parking area a bit small and would recommend that a chair be put in the room for 6. Difficult to do hair and make-up standing up. But otherwise beautiful reception area too.
We never given gate remote, where ever we want to go we should request even when we are coming back late. But other were booked or check in after us there were given a gate remote. On what reason were we treated unfair. Thank you.

No generator during load shedding. Poor reception on arrival; not flexible for breakfast times.
The room was very cold, no heater was offered, no electric blanket on the bed, in the month of June?
Will definitely go back. Good place.
Staff was very unfriendly. There had been no interaction with a manager / owner. No one was involved to ask if everything is OK, is there anything missing, please shout where something is needed. Our room was not at all what we expected. Very unfortunate. But there was no one who could sort it out. We couldn't make coffee in the room, there was no milk. There weren't even bottles of cold water. The room was neat and clean.
