House rules

The amount of guests allowed is strictly according to the number of guests booked and paid for.
The enquiry must show the amount of children as well as their ages.
This house sleeps a maximum of 6 people, children of all ages included.
Day visitors and extra guests staying over are not allowed.
Parties and loud music are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in the house.
Parking space is available for 2 vehicles only.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only.
Pets must be socialized and guests are required to provide own bedding, beds and towels for their pet.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Pets are not to be left alone inside or outside house when guests go out.
Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by pets.
Pet hair is the responsibility of the guest and should be cleaned before departure.
Beach towels are provided.
Stays of 6 days or longer, receive 1 refresh cleaning service, which include a change of the bed linen, bath towels and kitchen cloths, sweeping and mopping of the house, cleaning of the bathrooms and refilling 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, sweeping the patio and cleaning the braai area.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged beforehand at an additional cost.
If the booking is for a couple, only the main bedroom and bathroom will be set up. The other 2 will be closed. If the booking is for 2 singles, this needs to be communicated during the booking process. 2 bedrooms & bathrooms will then be set up at an additional cost, which is payable directly to the property. Please communicate bedroom set up during booking process.
