We loved our stay at Dolly@Skuitbaai. The house was spotlessly clean, and all the amenities were there to make the stay easy and comfortable. We battled to get the fire going for the hot tub, and Johan came over straight away to help us out. We loved being in the hot tub watching the sea below us. A very special place indeed.

We had a fantastic overnight stay at this well-appointed home, tastefully furnished with all the necessary amenities in a well-maintained estate with good security. The exterior hot tub has a perfect view to relax in. The owners were very welcoming, and the communication was excellent. On our departure, we were invited to a short tour of a protea farm, which was informative and interesting.
We had such a nice stay. It's the most beautiful place with the most incredible view of the sea. The children really enjoyed the hot tub. The house has everything you need to stay comfortably and make precious memories with your closest people. Definitely worth visiting. We will go again.
We had such a nice stay at the accommodation. We were kindly received upon arrival and the place was so clean and tidy when we walked in. The place has everything one needs for short or long visits. We barbecued comfortably inside and enjoyed the sea view. The view is breathtakingly beautiful. Unfortunately we couldn't use the jacuzzi because not the weather, but he is easy to get going and you have the most beautiful view from him. The master bedroom has the most beautiful sea view, and the other room is small but comfortable. The shower was so nice, had no problem with hot water. The hostess was so friendly and was always available if we needed anything. We had a great stay, it was so peaceful and we feel very "refreshed" after being there. We didn't want to go home. If we could give the accommodation more than 10 out of 10, we would.

Great place to stay. The location is perfect and the view is spectacular. The hot tub was a welcome added feature.
Very cute place, quiet, safe. Hottub was a new experience, never thought the water would get so nice and warm. We only cooked the day before and the water was still deliciously warm the next afternoon. Better to take the road with the SUV or pick-up truck, about 8 km dirt road but not bad, maybe just not as comfortable for a sedan car. I would also recommend that the master bedroom bed maybe be adjusted to a queen size bed. Otherwise the place is well appointed and has everything needed. Thanks for the good reception and support around asking.
The views were stunning, enjoyed it. The house was not properly cleaned; there were spider webs in the kitchen and bathroom, and there were flies (they provided raid).

Dolly is probably the best weekend getaway we've had in a long time. The silence and nature had been good for the soul. Even though the weather didn't always cooperate, the hot tub was there to make things better. The indoor barbecue was a winner if the weather and wind got a bit bad. Dolly is definitely on my list to visit again.

This is a very charming house with the most amazing view! All appliances are new and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Everything is well looked after. Having an indoor braai is great for those windier evenings. Most amazing sunsets! Quite a bumpy dirt road in sections, but driving past cows on farms made up for it. Such a friendly owner who is willing to guide and help with tips for the area to make your stay even better!
I would rate Dolly's 10 out of 10. Everything was of an excellent standard, The accomodation is beautiful. Ella and her husband were so welcoming. The ambience of the place was so peaceful. The owners also often made sure everything was in order and constantly reminded us of more wood as well as the availability of servants, at a cost, but the convenience of returning again and again after the day's excitement was always nice to be in a clean and tidy unit to return. Not to mention the hot tub! This was a first for our family, and this item did not disappoint! Thank you very much again for so much kindness and care!!
