16 guests' feedbackDownstairs was a delightful discovery. It's cozy and there is everything one needs. Nice sea view and the beach just over the dune across the road. We really enjoyed it. The place is neat and clean. It also has an Airfryer which is nice if you have small children.
We had a wonderful stay.
We had a lovely mother and daughters weekend at Downstairs @ The Beachfront which is tastefully and beautifully furnished with a wonderful sea view and walking distance to the beach. We couldn't have asked for better. Many thanks also to our hostess for her kindness and the ease with which we could check in and check out.
Wow, what an amazing break we had as a family. The weather was not great, yet proximity to the beach meant we could make the most of any and every opportunity to enjoy the ocean. With four teenagers and two adults, it was cozy, yet we still felt we had space to live quite comfortably. The accommodation is clean, well equipped and comfortable. We loved it, and everyone agreed that we must come back again.
We had a really nice stay. The place was equipped with everything we needed beyond our expectations. This will surely be a place we will return to. The beds slept well and the cozy kitchen has everything you need. What was nice is that you can see the sea from the porch and the beach is just a few steps walk over the dune. It is located in a quieter part of Stilbaai, so there was not a lot of traffic, and the children could run freely across the road to get to the sea. We really enjoyed Lappiesbaai's swimming beach and Skulpiesbaai. The aunt who feeds the eels at Stilbaai's Tourist Center was also an experience.
Very nice stay and everything as expected.
It's one of those vacation spots that makes you wish you could just stay there for a whole week. Cross the dune and you are on a long stretch of white beach. I'm coming back!
Perfect location for the ocean - over the dunes and you have stretches of beautiful beach to wander along. Comfortable, adequate and clean for a weekend away. Has a TV but who needs it when there is the ocean on your doorstep? The W-Fi was good, the water was hot and the beds were comfortable. The host was informative regarding load shedding.
House could do with a little maintenance.
We were warmly welcomed and had a really nice stay. The street is very quiet and the beach breathtakingly beautiful.
Beautiful apartment with two spacious bedrooms. Ideal place for small children, nice lawn for children to play and is walking distance from the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
The unit is very well equipped, clean and tidy and very nicely decorated. It is a lovely quiet street, with a large dune between you and the sea. The part of the beach is breathtaking and we had a great time.
Lovely place to stay by the sea in a quiet safe area. You can hear the waves and not too far from places to eat.
I can only imagine how fun it will be if the weather cooperates. Very nice unit with everything needed to have a fantastic getaway! Kitchen, sitting room and rooms very well furnished and equipped, and the sea is just over the dune! Kilometers of hiking await you. For those who fish, you will not walk further than 400 m!

Easily accessible and just a stone's throw to the sea. The owners are incredibly friendly and have everything you need. We would go again anytime. 10 out of 10.
