My son and I went for 11 days. From day one it was great. Als was clean and in place. If only there was something you could think of. Could have taken only food and clothes if I had known. Was a great stay. Will definitely book with them again.
To get a fully equipped 2-room cottage for a very decent tariff is scarce. This one has everything. Also, the honesty bar was a nice surprise. Thank you to the very friendly landlady! I will do this again!
The mattresses are excellent. We in fact took a photo of the lable for future use.
This is such a convenient and well-set-up apartment! It's even got solar. We loved our two nights here. Walking distance to the beach and we enjoyed the stoep. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. And one car slept in the garage! I would definitely recommend this place for a small family or group of friends. You could even get the 2nd apartment listed if you are more people, there is a connecting door.
It was absolutely wonderful to go home here. Marion is extremely hospitable and very helpful. Dunwerkin has everything a traveler could wish for.
Power during load shedding, as well as water. Great hospitality and always willing to help. Would definitely recommend it to anybody! Only had to bring beach towels, the rest were all supplied in abundance.

I can recommend this self-catering accommodation. The unit is clean, neat, tastefully decorated and furnished, and well-equipped. Marion, the owner, met us with the key and explained everything to us clearly. Sadly, we could only stay one night, but the unit would be suitable for longer holiday stays.
Will definitely be back here when we stay in Kenton! Every little thing is well thought out. Teas, coffees, soaps, and towels are all lovely. This is definitely the full guest house experience. Very experienced hostess.

We only had one night stay and so couldn't really appreciate the proximity to the beach, but felt safe in the environment and the hostess was most accommodating.
Beautifully appointed place with more than I needed. The garden is a loop court. In the morning you wake up to birdsong and in the evening to a frog chorus. It's central. What more could one want? TV is unnecessary for me.
We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, nice and tidy and it was nice to have a small kitchen and not just a coffee station. Felt safe too.

We had a lovely stay at the Bowker's. The place is small, but has everything you need and is ideal for two people to sleep over (like us), but even to stay longer.
The cottage is separate from the house and quiet and peaceful. It's a bit cramped inside but has its own garden and stoep. Great location very near the beach and lagoon. Friendly, helpful hostess. There's an honesty bar and lock-up parking, and in fact, the place is as secure as Fort Knox (with 7 locks/alarms to deal with). The place is tricky to find.

We really enjoyed the beaches, even in winter the climate was moderate. The house is neatly furnished with everything one needs and more. The underfloor heating was a lovely treat for the cold evenings. The accommodation is now not on the beach, one can probably find closer places, but is conveniently close to the beach and shops. We would be happy to recommend the place to a family with young children. Highest quality security with alarm system and security gates.

We liked the suite although a little small for absolute comfort. The kitchen is amazing for such a small apartment and has everything one could possibly need for a self-catering holiday. However the kitchen takes up rather too much space considering the size of the unit. This leaves almost no room to move around the bed and TV area. There is a very large built-in cupboard so one's clothing can be stored out of the way.
