The house has 5 bathrooms, each fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, with one bathroom including a bath.

The open-plan kitchen, accompanied by a 10-seater dining table, is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and various utensils. The lounge area offers comfortable seating and a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, along with complimentary Wi-Fi. The house is also equipped with an inverter to avoid load-shedding.
