In the first living room, there are 3 couches a single bed and a Smart TV and Netflix, with selected DStv channels. If guests want to watch other DStv channels, they can bring their own DStv decoder, smart card and remote control. The second living room has a 6-seater dining table, as well as a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.
The complex offers open parking for 1 vehicle behind an automatic gate, use the visitor's parking for extra cars.

8 guests' feedbackWe have 8 am. arrived at Eden Dunes. I called the hostess and she immediately brought us the key and showed us everything. The place is nicely furnished with everything you need. The sea view is fantastic. Will definitely holiday at Enden Dunes 69 again.
Very safe and nice close to the sea.
We made use of the facility for a fishing competition at Shelly Beach Ski Boat Club; and it was a pleasure staying in the facility.
It is perfect for a family with small children. There is a lawn right in front of you where they can play around and the beach is a few steps away from you to take nice morning and afternoon walks with your kiddies. This is a very neat unit and would book it again anytime.
Eden Dunes 69, was and is a very nice place to live. We will definitely book there again for our next holiday.
I was very impressed with the set up of the accommodation home. It really felt like home away from home. Such a warm feeling. I will most definitely go back!
Apartment needs attention. Loose tiles in the kitchen. Bathroom door handle broken. Shower faucet head is loose and keeps falling off. Bed in bedroom is too high to sleep on. Unit needs maintenance.
Everything was perfect. But the pool was dirty and couldn't use it.

Breakage Deposit

House rules
There is parking for trailers and boats; this must be booked in advance.You will receive the gate code the morning of your arrival.
The breakages deposit must be paid 5 days before the arrival date, to the owner's account. The breakage deposit will be refunded into your bank account within a week, after the agent inspects the unit for any damages or missing items, guests have to provide us with the banking details for the refund.
Our agent will welcome guests on arrival, show them the complex rules and provides them with the keys, and gate code.
Please note that more than 8 guests will not be allowed to the unit, our agent will monitor compliance.
Our unit is a non-smoking area, no pets and no parties allowed. If noise is beyond reason, the complex security will intervene, if still non-compliance, guests will be evicted.
