It was very clean and tidy, with excellent service. Everything you need was in the room. There is only minimal to no internet signal available, which makes it difficult especially if you are on a business trip. I would recommend it, and you also have a lock up garage which is a big plus.

Large comfortable room. Honeymoon suite slept. One room window has a view of the sea. Dana Bay swimming beach is far from guest house. Dining room and lounges offer a beautiful view. Everything very neat, clean and comfortable. Climb lots of stairs. Hostess very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.

The hostess was very helpful and caring. The accommodation is neat and above average refined. Although the rooms are small, and are a typical European standard size, there are very nice and spacious living areas. Everything is clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast and dining room is a plus that I have not seen at any other guest house in the past 8 months that I have been traveling the garden route regularly.

Big surprise was to see that there is a lock-up garage for each guest. Expected small breakfast but delicious big breakfast. Have stayed in Mossel Bay a lot lately but this was by far my best stay.

I went looking for peace after my husband's death in December and I was worried if I was going to be safe as a woman. Linda looked out for my safety and well-being and asked that I just tell her where I was going in case something happened. I got a good breakfast every morning and the best service regarding cleaning. I would recommend Eden Guest House B&b - I had a lovely stay.
The parking area is a bit of concern. A very steep up hill parking and car can easily get damaged when going up hill.

Met in book is ons nie gevra wie ons is nie. Daar is aangeneem ons is 'n ander paartjie wat 2 aande gebook het en gesê ons sal een aand in een kamer slaap en ander aand in ander kamer met sea view. As daai paartjie was sou ek nie baie ingenome gewees het met so 'n reeling nie. Ons wel dit reggestel en is 'n kamer gegee sonder 'n bar fridge al is dit aangedui op advertensie dat daar een in kamer is. Kan se ons kar darem 'n garage gehad. Kamer was ook skoon, net nie die hare in die stort en my bed baie waardeer nie. Want nie ek of my partner het lang swart hare nie.
Linda waited up for us as we were severely delayed on our trip. She really went above and beyond. All in all, we had a fantastic time!

Eden Guest House is definitely worth staying at. The friendliness and the cleanliness of the rooms are great and always clean, if you are out for the day your room is clean again and new towels on the bed. The breakfast is of such quality and my wife and I ate deliciously. It made us so full that we didn't even want to eat anything in the afternoon. You can go live there with a calm heart and enjoy the guest house. It close to the sea and Dana Bay so beautiful and peaceful. We will stay there again. I definitely give them 5 stars. Very friendly hostess. Nice food, coffee & juice. Very comfortable bed with fresh towels daily. All nice and clean. Pleased to find a kettle & small fridge in the room. Shower/tiny basin/toilet rather cramped. Water heated by gas, waste waiting for water to heat up. The TV's had very limited channels - suggest they upgrade at least the TV in the dining room to a full bouquet. Nice sea view from the dining room & lounge - we saw whales in the distance! No view from bedrooms. Steep slippery driveway to garage is challenging for a low car. Steep steps. Danna Bay beach is not in walking distance and signs indicate that it is not safe for swimming.

We had a great time in Dana Bay at Eden Guest House, it was so peaceful and the hosts went out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. They were even prepared for the load shedding. I will strongly recommend them to anyone that want to relax with a beautiful ocean view.

As Licences Training Assessor for hotels and guesthouse owners I would highly recommend this guest house! The cleanliness immaculate. The management team is outstanding. I was really impress. From the front desk to the back of the house excellent. The rooms perfect. Layout plans behind the doors. Towels and linen 100%. Staff friendly. Breakfast was the best.
