House & yard excellently kept, staff very helpful, friendly & available 24hrs even on public holidays, pool clean, located close to shops, mall & ocean. Safe for cars & guests. Bed very comfortable with clean white linen & bath towels. DStv has so many open channels to view.
This place is good but there was no sitting room.
I did not enjoy having to go outside to the kitchen to make coffee. The shower and toilet were neat, but the shower had no drain cover. The bed was very uncomfortable and very hard. Additionally, there is a brick barrier built around the entire bed, covered with a long-hair carpet similar to the one on the floor. To get to the bed, you have to climb over the 'wall' around the bed. There is internet, but I could not use it as there was no password. The lady at reception was not very professional.
The only thing is missing is a chilling area, but everything is so beautiful. We really enjoyed ourself.
Place is warm, cool, peaceful and safe. Well centered around town and sea.
We really had fun, the staff were very welcoming and always there to help, the place was clean and very safe, thank you for everything, really loved our stay.
Nothing much as I felt it was a reasonable accommodation.
Very happy with the service just suggest putting a fridge in each room.
Customer service was pathetic. There was no privacy.
Not very impressed with the guests who shared the facility with us as some of the guests do not close their room door when undressing. The sharing facility of the kitchen was also not up to standard. No oven bowls, just 3 porridge bowls between 16 guests. We also had to wait for others to finish using the kitchen before we could start breakfast. Can definitely think of an upgrade. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also nothing for small children to do apart from the pool. One room's air conditioning was out of order.
The venue is nice and clean, but disappointed in the fact that there are no windows to open. We couldn't open the sliding door because there's no gate in front of it. Would suggest to look at this especially with the load shedding. I also suggest a small fridge and a kettle to at least make some coffee in your own room.
