This double-storey villa has high-end finishes with a capacity of up to 16 guests at a time and comprises 8 bedrooms as well as 7 bathrooms. There are 5 bedrooms downstairs, including the main suite, which includes a fireplace and direct access to the balcony. One of these rooms has a separate entrance from the outside. There are another 3 bedrooms situated on the top level, and all 8 bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed fitted with crisp white linen. Each bedroom is en-suite and has a bathroom fitted with either a shower or a bath or both.

The expansive open-plan living area occupies the lower level of the villa and features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, as well as a central breakfast island with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a TV lounge with comfy seating and a fireplace. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Additionally, there is a dining table with ample seating and a cosy indoor braai room with a wood braai and a gas arm, a wall-mounted TV, a wine cooler and an extra fridge.

Through the stacking glass doors, there is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table where guests can enjoy their meals. This patio leads onto a wooden deck that has sun loungers and a sparkling infinity pool. The 3 bedrooms upstairs share an additional kitchenette and a second lounge which leads onto an entertainment braai area with large folding windows inviting the view in.
