Very safe place with a nice swimming pool for children as well as for little ones and a nice playground. Very quiet and peaceful place that is close to everything. Will definitely stay there, but it is a bit expensive for the usual salary earner if I had to stay longer in the Cape I would definitely not stay there because it is too expensive.
Very neat and beautiful place to stay. We will definitely use it again.
Accommodation was luxurious and we felt at home from day one. It was central and near Canal Walk. Everything was just perfect.
Silvertree: Our new favourite in Cape Town! Beautiful decor, luxury stay, clean, well equipped, friendly welcoming by Colin and Sharon. Can really recommend.

Child policy:- Children aged between 0 and 3 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
- Children aged between 4 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
Extra Costs:
- Cleaning services are available on request at an additional cost of R350.00 a day. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required.
- Personal laundry service available on request which needs a minimum of 24-hour notice, and will be for the guest's account.
- Should a guest wish to have late check and if available, arrangements can be made.
- Strictly no smoking in the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony of the unit.
- Please note that before occupation can take place you may be required to present an ID document, drivers licence or passport, together with the credit card that was used for reserving the booking. Information about the credit card holder must match the information on the credit card.
- The agent/s reserves the right to act accordingly in case such verification is not presented as required, including, but not limited to, preventing you from occupying the apartment.
- Please note that guests will need to provide the Paybridge notification confirmation slip on arrival.
