Accommodation consists of spacious house that can sleep 10 people, and a cottage that can accommodate 4 people. Please note a minimum of 6 people need to book for long weekends and holidays. The house consists of 5 bedrooms that share the use of 4 bathrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed, while the other rooms each have 2 single beds which can be converted into king-size beds. The large kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, and meals can be enjoyed in the dining room, which opens onto the verandah. Guests can relax in the lounge which has a TV, or in the second lounge area which has a cosy fireplace.
The cottage is separate from the main house, and consists of 2 bedrooms with twin beds, that share the use of a bathroom with a bath and a shower. The cottage has a kitchenette with a 2-plate stove and oven, as well as a fridge, and guests can relax in the small lounge which has a TV.
The house and garden are located in a large garden with plenty of space for cricket, and a picnic spot is just 300 m from the house. Guests can also cool down in the swimming pool in summer, or explore the farm on their bicycles. On request, the owner can take guests on mountain bike rides. Situated within walking distance of the house, is the Valley Bakery, where guests can enjoy breakfasts and lunches.
The Champagne Sports Resort resort is just 3 km away for golfing, on Wednesdays concerts can be viewed at the Drakensberg Boys Choir School, just 7 km away. Various other activities are available nearby and includes, hiking, zip lining, river rafting, and more.

Such a nice, welcoming house with a beautiful view and veranda you can sit on for hours! The host is very helpful, and the house has everything you need. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed it but were not sure about using facilities eg. did we have use of kitchen, lounge, pool etc. We would have appreciated an air conditioner, it was very hot. Enjoyed stay.
We visited Farhills for a family reunion (10 of us). It's not easy to organise a place where everyone can be together and all have a similar level of accommodation. Farhills did not disappoint. Comfortable, clean and everything we needed. Easy reach of all the Berg attractions, and nice walks along with the Champagne Valley bakery on our doorstep.
Spacious, hosts are amazing and friendly and so helpful. Comfortable and clean everything you need on holiday peaceful and quite. Thank you.

We just stayed for one night as we had a wedding in the area but we would love to come back again with the family. Beautiful house with everything you need and in a gorgeous setting.
Was very child friendly with a secure pool. security was great. house layout perfect for large family with space enough for all to have privacy.
