The apartment is situated within walking distance of the lagoon and Spar. Despite the flat being quite compact it served our purpose of relaxation. Had issues with the WiFi that was advertised but did not work. All in all, we had a fabulous weekend away thanks to the owner and Hugo.

Very good location and well furnished. Safe. Master bedroom a bit small but otherwise beds are absolutely very comfortable. Tupperware needs some attention, it is already very old and vandalized.
Positive: Large washing machine, house very well equipped and clean. They make an effort to make the place a pleasure to stay in, with cleaning products, soap/shampoo, sanitizer etc. There are even 2 beach chairs. Negative: Although it didn't bother us, the rooms are quite small. Master bedroom has plenty of built-in wardrobes, but second bedroom none.

The place was not what was said on the website. Had to wait 2 hours for hot water. Looked for a bath after falling off the rocks and hurt my leg and it said full bathroom but was only a shower. Room so small and there was a lot of noise from neighbors.

Bed was clean and comfortable and shower was strong and hot. Secure and safe parking. These are the only three 'pros'. The other apartment had (sounded like) male occupants and they tossed empty bottles loudly into bin until very late without concern for other guests trying to sleep.
The time here was really breathtaking. The tranquillity was a bonus and the complex so neat and clean was appreciated. The friendly reception made me happy.

We had a great time staying in A2, the 2 bedroom unit. It is very close to the beach and places to eat. Units closer to the entrance gate may get some street noise, but not the unit we lived in.

Donnie from LekkeSlaap was wonderful! I contacted Giselle who came to open the unit for us on Friday afternoon to tell her that there was no water. Her answer: "Problem with water in Langebaan, YOU can ask the neighbours." I called and asked her what the problem was and when we could expect water. Her answer: "What am I supposed to do about it?" and then put the phone done. Donnie was very professional and proposed that we could leave a bit later on Sunday to compensate for the water problem, thank you very much! I sent Giselle as SMS to ask whether she knew that we were only leaving at 14:00. Her answer to me: "I suppose that's okay." We vacated promptly and waited in the car for her. She arrived at 14:45 with a young man to inspect the unit. She didn't greet us and didn't apologise for being late. Very unprofessional if you ask me.
Good and quick service from both the staff of LekkeSlaap and Flamingo Park! Cleaning and key charges must be included in price or passed on with booking. The place is immaculate, neat, inside and out, not a grass out of place!
We only stayed one night. We had to pay the full R250 cleaning fee as there was hair in the bath and on the bathroom floor when we checked in. Otherwise we slept very well and showered, because that's all we did there.
There was everything one could need and more. You feel safe and walking distance from where you want to be. Would really recommend. Safe, tidy, clean.
If a person is traveling far, it is difficult to take all your bed linen and bath towels with you. Photos show that there is bedding on the beds, which is not true.

A bit small, but big enough for 4. Is a bit inconvenient to bring your own bedding. Very nice and clean. Felt very safe too.
No bedding is provided which is quite a problem if you are flying from Johannesburg. Although the owner met us with bedding it was bad that two of the three beds were covered when we arrived. There is also a cash key and cleaning fee (R200 and R350) payable. It's not that it's unacceptable, my feeling is just that it's not clearly stated on the quote. The complex is very neat as well as the pools, but the residents are generally older people who will laugh if you are a younger family with children (holiday spirit) in my opinion. The location is great though, walking distance to everything.
