Being able to stay in 23 Driftsands was absolutely worth it. The owner, Susan, came especially to tell us that we should look for the whales with binoculars.
Amazing and comfortable.
Firstly, I would like to thank Mr and Mrs Nel for welcoming us with love, I felt at home and I'm planning to stay at Driftsands for next year's Comrades.
Had a great stay and will definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed the view from the flat. The beds were really comfortable, and the space was very clean and bright.

It was a fantastic place with the best location, would go back anytime. My car was safe and the people were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The place was very nice and tidy.
Lovely, modern, spotless place with a beautiful view. Go through two hurdles and you are on the beach. Comfortable braai area at the bottom of the garden. Unfortunately didn't have much time to spend on the beach, but at least could go for a quick walk, didn't feel unsafe at all. Susan and Alec were very friendly and helpful. Secure parking in a single garage. Would love to go back for a longer period of time.
Alec and Susan were welcoming and accommodating and they made sure that we were comfortable. The flat was clean and had all the necessary items needed to have an enjoyable holiday, what I thought was a nice touch is that they had a file with information that you may need or what you can do in the area, take out menus and pictures of sightings etc. The Flat also had a lovely view of the sea. I would recommend this flat to anyone who wants to have a break and get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
The flat is beautifully furnished, awesome sea view, close to all amenities and right on the beach. We will definitely book the flat again in the future.

Was 'n baie mooi unit, maklik toegang na die strand, 'n lekker groot kombuis, alles was mooi skoon en netjies. Die dame wat die plek besit is baie vrolik en behulpsaam, Driftsand 23 sal ons definitief weer sien.

We have been using the website for accommodation for many years. This was one of the best yet. Friendly help, clean, tidy and fully equipped apartment with the most beautiful view. Quiet area and yet a stone's throw from places where you can get food. This is a gem for sure and we will definitely use Driftsand and Susan again. Compliments to them and the nice modern apartment with decor that makes it nice to be on vacation. As if you are at home away from your own home.
Very neat and lovely people help with anything. Kids enjoyed it so much, it's very safe. The environment is excellent.
Close to Durban so could visit, owners were very helpful in pointing out shopping centers' directions and for any other enquiries. Sea was audible and visible at all times.
Friendly owners with good communication and received us warmly and greeted us just as warmly the next day. Would love to spend a week there.
