What a wonderful place to stay. It was very comfortable and clean. It had everything you need. Close to the beach and all amenities. This unit was very private even though it was in a block of apartments. I will definitely be back.

Very neat place to stay. The place is close to everything and secured, especially if you are travelling with small kids. Will definitely recommend and make use of it in future.
Great location. The apartment is perfectly situated on the ground floor corner, excellent as we have a 1-year-old. Everything was perfect. The only negative was that there were a lot of cockroaches, which we relayed to the maid on Saturday morning. We had found one in baby's food and some crawling around. Thereafter we had to keep all food in the fridge and get a bug spray.

Apartment has all necessities and it's peaceful and very nice to just rest with the sea that sounds like music. Beautiful lawn, nicely laid out garden and a nice swimming pool. Thanks to Gabriella who is always kind and helpful.
Apartment is very neat and clean and everything needed is in the apartment. Cindy, the maid came to clean every morning, which was a pleasant surprise. Light bulbs in the floor lamp in the living room and bedside lamps in the rooms provide light during load shedding. Positive criticism: maybe put a similar lamp in the bathrooms. Directions from Gabriella were spot on and keys very clearly marked. The beach is a few meters from the apartment, could walk down to the beach every morning and afternoon. Would definitely recommend G04 The Boulders.
DSTV was a big problem - no signal all the way. Braai area not sufficient - 6 braai places for the whole complex - far too few. Pool fantastic. Unit very comfortable and clean.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Boulders, it was very accommodating, especially with our 6-month-old baby. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with amazing ocean views.
Convenient, because the location is such that everything one needs is within reach. Nice clean and tidy. Only downside was the communal braai. Furthermore, I will definitely visit The Boulders G04 again. Would prefer private braai facilities. People stand for a long time and hang out at communal barbecues, and it is uncomfortable to stand and barbecue with other people who are strange.
Swimming beach is visible from the complex's pool and a short walk away. Very nice beach for small children to swim. Main beach is also within walking distance. Unit is very neat and view of the sea is incredible. Whales and dolphins are clearly visible from the unit, even without binoculars. Also nice close to shops. The manager and caretaker are also easily accessible and happy to help.
GO4 is a comfortable, beautiful apartment with everything you need, neat and clean. Nice large garden and swimming pool and braai area, quiet, walking distance from the sea. Will stay there again we really enjoyed our 2 days. Thank you Gabriella.

Comfortable place to stay right by the sea.
GO4 The Boulders, is a lovely furnished apartment with a sea view. How nice you are by the pool and there is a nice stoep with a canopy, while you stare at the sea. You can even hear the sea at night when you sleep. The only recommendation I would make is that cleaning agents should be provided, as well as a mop, bucket and broom. Extra towels can also be provided, one towel per person is quite a bit, especially for the master bedroom. Will definitely stay there again.

From booking to spending time at the flat the process and service have been top class. We forgot some items and they went out of their way to courier them to us.
Unfortunately not a full sea view. The front Boulders units block the view of the beach and the walkway. We were not aware of this and it was quite a disappointment for us. We were under the impression that these were the very front units.
Photos suggested a sea view which isn't really the case. Also, unit numbering suggests it's the ground unit with no lower units, which is also not the case. Servicing was average at best.
Was great enbis close to everything nice space
Well appointed unit with everything you need - washing machine, dishwasher, roof fans etc. The pool and braai area were very neat and clean. The unit is very well located in relation to the pool - a bit secluded which ensures privacy.
Instead of a tumble dryer, they might get a washing machine for the unit. But otherwise everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay.
We had a great stay, thank you. It was just unfortunate that they were doing renovation work right at our unit. It was a lot of noise with jackhammers all Monday.
Apartment is equipped with everything needed, was clean when we arrived, but the place needs maintenance. All metal was rusted (gates, sliding doors, door locks), main bathroom's shower had a lot of "mould". Master bathroom has a drain smell which we reported, they cleaned it but the smell remained. Not fantastic value for money. We also only got our daily cleaning (as advertised) after we complained. (TV was new).

Please note that there are ongoing renovations taking place on weekdays until 14:00 within the area of the complex during the low season.On departure the unit must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Excessive cleaning left for staff will be deducted off breakage deposit.
G04 is a non-smoking unit. Outside facilities are very comfortable for that purpose. Your co-operation is appreciated.
The maximum number of persons occupying the unit must not exceed the number of beds. Should we find more people are being accommodated than allowed, please be advised that we have the right to ask you to leave, forfeiting your rental fees and time in the unit.
Loud noise after 22h00 will not be tolerated at The Boulders.
No glass permitted in the pool area.
Braaing is not allowed on balconies or patios. Kindly make use of the carousel braai close to the pool area.
Kindly use water sparingly – Please ensure that ALL taps are tightly closed after use. Please report any kind of leakage in G04.
