It's the ideal place if you're looking for peace and quiet, very quiet area, the house is on the same plot as the owner, Mr Rob, very friendly. The house has everything you need there, no load shedding so it's perfectly close to shops, maybe Mr Rob could just make one side of the garage available for the guests.
Value for money, clean. Everything we required. Thanks to Rob for his amazing hospitality.

Rob was a very hospitable host, and we had a very comfortable stay with everything that we needed. Photos were accurate. Pool was a great plus after a hot day. Weber was provided when we needed to braai.
Location is good. Good privacy for family. Nice big swimming pool. Chromecast and wifi for children and if you want to relax with a netflix movie. Barbecue place. And nearby takeaway places if you feel a bit lazy. Perfect.
Gables Rest is the most peaceful place to go and relax. Everything is comfortable. Shops are nearby. Hospitality was 100%. Gables Rest is definitely a place to go back to.
