15 guests' feedbackHowever, I would suggest adding more essentials to enhance the experience. During our 3-day stay, we found that some toiletries, as well as black rubbish bags and washing supplies, were not sufficient.
Cozy really exceeded all expectations and the house is fully equipped with everything needed to make a stay comfortable. Will book again for sure.
The pans and the braai area were not clean and there were not enough grills. The house was big enough. The garage is too small for a big car. The pans and grills are not sufficient. Permanent residents are unfriendly. Very nice environment. Lobster poachers are a problem. where are the police
We enjoyed this fabulous home with 4 beautifully spacious en suite queen bedrooms and just a short stroll to the beach and lovely restaurants. We did have problems connecting to the Wi-Fi but other than that we enjoyed this beautiful property. If you are looking for a quiet weekend, be cautious that the local neighbourhood children are quite festive and playful over the weekend. Parking in the garage was a nightmare due to the steep driveway but we used the street parking provided in front of the property. We will surely be back.
The property is amazing and the views are great. The property is also well situated. I would recommend Gezellig to friends and family. It was a very cosy stay.
The kitchen, although looking good on first appearances, is poorly appointed. There was a shortage of plates and those that there were did not match. The same went for glassware. There was a lack of cooking utensils. The bigger problem was the WiFi which worked for less than half the time and needed many phone calls from me to get it back on line. As we were reliant on the WiFi for work and for other guests to contact family over Christmas, this was very problematic and a big disappointment. In short, this is a nice house but lets itself down by poor facilities.
Gezellig accommodation is extremely convenient and comfortable! It is extremely spacious and there is more than enough space to relax, chill and enjoy the stunning sea views! Some recommendations. Maybe a TV downstairs in the sitting area.
We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back. Really nice house.
The house is very neat and well equipped. We had a wonderful time on the veranda and watched the most beautiful sunset on the West Coast. Paternoster is very beautiful and so close to tourist attractions.
Very nice house with a fantastic view. There should be more ingredients such as soap and salt for the dishwasher. Just the basics will suffice.
The house is big with very nice finishes. It has all appliances needed to make your stay comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and beautiful. What's great is all the rooms have their own bathroom which is fantastic for couples or groups. Recommend 4x4 or SUV type cars as the driveway is too steep. Car fender will damage if you attempt to pull into the garage with cars that are lower than the average.
Amazing facilities and space in a great location, highly recommended. Only downsides are no oven gloves and access to the house is through the garage. The fact that the washing machine is in the garage makes it hard to fit a car in there as well.

The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Good Friday, Christmas Day or New Year's Day
Key- and breakage deposit:
Key- and breakage deposit is payable with the deposit for the booking and refundable by bank transfer within 5 - 7 working days after departure, once the house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Please note that the key deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked are found to be utilising the premises. Please furnish us with your banking details on arrival. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances unless the key and breakage deposit has been received.
Minimum stay required:
2 nights in low and mid-season
3 nights over long weekends
4 nights over Easter weekend
7 nights in high season
Guests must first visit our offices to check in and get their keys.
When entering Paternoster, turn left at the four-way stop. The 'Stay in Paternoster' office is situated about 75m further, on the right-hand side of the road, at 87 St. Augustine Road.

Check-out time: Strictly at 10:00 on the last day of your stay, unless otherwise arranged. Any unit that is not vacated by 10h00 will be subject to a surcharge of R 200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check-out time.
