From the moment the booking was confirmed, the service was of excellent quality. I was provided with information on exact location, check-in time, key arrangements, as well as loadshedding schedule. Our reception was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. The unit was exceptionally clean, with very good quality linens and fittings.
