2 guests' feedbackBeds are not up to standard. The house needs an upgrade, broken taps, toilet seat, cupboards are rundown.
The view is unbeatable. The house needs serious attention. We arrived just after a rainfall and the floors were wet, like the roof was leaking. The leg of the bed in one room is off and we had to move a brick in so that the bed can lie level. The stove plates are so rusted that I don't think they are usable. We were not happy with the fact that we had to go out at 10 o'clock, but the cleaner was already dropped off at 10 o'clock 8. Apparently she had to start early with laundry because it would be loadshedding and there would be guests checking in at 14:00 - there was no loadshedding in the morning. Not acceptable. We are grateful that we were able to check in 2 hours earlier on the day we had to check in.
