The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, and a microwave. The braai and entertainment area is west-facing with large stack-back doors to provide an outdoor feel with farmland views. There is ample parking for cars and boats.
Please arrive prepared. Bath and beach towels are not provided. Linen is provided. Dishwashing liquid, two dishwasher tabs, two dish towels, two black bags and one toilet roll per toilet is provided. No beverages or food is supplied, so please bring your own coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Please also bring your own portable hinged grid. Firewood is not supplied.
During loadshedding, the home does not offer solar or any alternative energy solutions. Please bring your own lighting.

Very nice stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed it. All I would advise is that they should help the guests to bring an insecticide for the crickets that fly in and make such a noise at night.
I never worried about the power going out, and at one stage I had to message the person helping out with keys to get more power units.

Once again a lovely peaceful visit and break away. Goedehoop is one of the nicest places we discovered and very quickly became one of our favourites. Do give it a try, we have always been satisfied with cleanliness, location, safety and not disappointed at all. We are going to Goedehoop again, and it's around the corner.
This is a very nice holiday home. The indoor barbecue with the table ensured many nice visits. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
