The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and scullery, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a shower, a toilet and twin washbasins. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The rooms have doors leading outside allowing for separate access. Two of the rooms have fans. There is also a camping cot.
The fully equipped modern kitchen and scullery will suit aspiring chefs and includes a double-door fridge-freezer, ice machine, stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with 5 stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge features comfortable seating, an indoor braai fireplace, and a Smart TV. The living area leads to both the fairway side and a north-facing enclosed courtyard where you will be protected from the friendly winds.

Due to LCE being a lifestyle orientated estate, it means we have many sports enthusiasts and
children running, cycling and playing on and near the Estate’s roads and pathways, as well as
our precious fauna grazing around. In order to keep your loved ones safe, we take speeding
very seriously on the Estate.
If there is any error with the DStv after guests have left, it will be deducted from the breakage deposit.

1 guests' feedbackThe house is very well built to provide protection from the wind but still create an open feeling with lots of light. The single story also works very well for small children. Additional facilities in the estate are a bonus with plenty of space for jogging, cycling, swimming pool, tennis courts etc. We can definitely recommend it.
