Not much to say. Wasn't happy with stay. Was under the impression that it would be at the other guest house.
All amenities give this premises the potential for an extended business visit, I will for sure remember this address for the future.
Clean, tidy and good value for money.
Very noisy due to location. Garden lights shine in room. Very noisy in facility itself. Bathroom could be better equipped with trash can, hanging place for towels etc. Air conditioner not working moved to other room where air conditioner leaked water on bedroom floor.
It is time to consider restoration and maintenance.

The room was right on reception, it was not very nice, otherwise very pleasant.
The room was spacious and the bed was wonderful to sleep in. Small things that could be improved are the repair of the air conditioner, the front door at the reception's handle, the bathroom door's doorknob, the bathroom window's hinge and the peeling paint on the exterior walls.
No table and chairs in kitchenette. No place to hang towels in bathroom or room. Open suitcase on floor was not nice. No ice cubes in the fridge. Bed was comfortable.
