I had a nice stay. They might just give better directions on how to get to the reception. Had a little trouble with it.
We stayed two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room (and especially the nice bathroom) was comfortable, and the location just outside Newcastle was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The "trail run" was the highlight for me, although I didn't get around to doing the whole route - partly because I didn't know how the path was signposted and it wasn't explained anywhere. The WiFi was unfortunately not good at all.
Very neat and clean. Had a great stay at this place. Not far from town either. Nice restaurant with variety to choose from on the menu. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Made to feel very welcome. We also celebrated my mother-in-law's 75th birthday there with her friends and other family members. Everything was good, accommodation, food and hospitality.
From the start we were warmly welcomed, Grey Goose went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Having trail walks and a Parkrun available was just up my alley. A lovely venue for a breakaway.
Had a delicious breakfast. Lodge is child friendly.
The Wi-Fi connection was erratic but the Lodge and facilities were completely adequate.
Very friendly people. Slept well. Clean and tidy. It was wonderful to be able to walk around in the natural beauty and come across zebras, various goats, horses, and ostriches. Had breakfast there every morning - was particularly delicious.
The stay was pleasant. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings and grounds. The place was neat. Nice breakfast.
Accommodation was adequate to our requirements for the night we needed it. Our visit was not long enough to be able to say more about our time there.
Doesn't have a "lodge" feel. More suited for families with small children.
Nice modern rooms. Dinner and breakfast from the top shelves. Ensure value for money.
