Definitely one of the best guesthouses I have ever stayed in. Literally my only criticism is that the bed makes an awful lot of noise (the wood creaks) if you move so much as a finger.
Location is perfect distance from NWU, as well as other surrounding eateries and shops. Our unit was very neat and fully equipped with all the necessary "essentials". We were welcomed very kindly and the people are very helpful. It was value for money and we will definitely be back again, we highly recommend Gray Manor Guesthouse.

We had a wonderful stay at Grey Manor. One thing I would suggest is give your guests the WiFi password on arrival as the details in room are incorrect. Very neat, clean and comfortable. Will definitely return.

Great place to stay - nice and central as well as close to the university. Perfect for parents who want to visit their university-going child for the weekend. The quick and scenic drive to Parys is well worth it.
Storage space for clothes is a bit tight, but we were able to work around it.

We were looking for a nice and luxurious space to stay, after the apartment had been closed since March 2020 due to the Corona virus. Lovely accommodation. Great with air conditioner in heat of 39 degrees Celsius. Friendly reception and very close to the University. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay there again if we visit Potchefstroom.
Room was clean and tidy. Location perfect. Breakfast was delicious and value for money.
We had a lovely stay in Gray Manor, everything was very neat, clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the porch. Gray Manor is very close to the campus, located on the hill. I did struggle a bit with the WiFi, (the front room(15) in the guest house), but it gave me a chance to read all my magazines again. I will definitely stay there again if we go to Potch.
We stayed over to support our daughter at university. Gray Manor is within walking distance of student accommodation and very convenient. The room is clean and tidy and our reception was warm and friendly. Will use them again.

The service, from our arrival to our departure was excellent. The rooms are extremely well equipped, are spacious and the decor is pleasing to the eye. The breakfast was tasty and well prepared. Within walking distance of a number of places to eat and the security is top quality. The guest house complex speaks of a proud owner and cleanliness and facilities are of a very high standard. Will definitely book my next stay in Potchefstroom there again.

We were later than planned to book in, due to delays along the way. They met us kindly and helpfully. The room was very, very neat and clean and very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The premises as a whole are very neat, very nicely furnished and appear very cosy. We were in a hurry the next morning, but the breakfast smelled delicious. My overall feeling was one of satisfaction. I really had a great time relaxing and missing nothing. There is one small thing though: the way the multiplug was mounted made it difficult to plug in the boiler. It's really like a drop in the bucket, but maybe something to look into? Other than that, everything was top notch and I will definitely recommend the place and use it again myself!

Grey Manor Guesthouse was our home during our visit to Potchefstroom for a graduation ceremony. Even though the guesthouse is close to NWU, restaurants and amidst the hubbub of student-life, the premises is quiet with enough safe parking. The entire guesthouse is tastefully furnished and the staff at reception is friendly and helpful.
The modern furnishings was a nice change from regular questhouses! Good location, safe and private. Spacious with a clever layout! The bath/shower was a bit of a disappointment, bath wasn't a problem, but the shower was a mess. We prefer showering.
The place is very nice and clean.

Grey Manor is close to the Bult so we could just walk to all the little places in the area.
