Comfortable accommodation. Great restaurant. Tasty breakfast included in price. The restaurant's food is great. No need to eat elsewhere in the evening. The restaurant's meals are high quality, reasonably priced and the atmosphere is one of the best!
Natural beauty is remarkable and creates a peaceful atmosphere. Facilities very artistic and neat. Great customer service and definitely recommended.
I would only advise that they look at the air conditioning and also the kettles in the place because it boils to a point then it stops again and then the kettle turns on again which means the water doesn't get hot enough to make coffee don't drink

Geyser did not work, no warm water for us in no 6 and my parents in no 7. Noise entire night, due to pressure pump. Towels dis not smell fresh. Toilet in no 7 did not flush properly.
The restaurant area is very nice and the food is very tasty. The place I slept in didn't offer value for money, firstly it is much more expensive than any of the other places I've stayed overnight, it was small, old TV, limited WiFi, no aircon and no fridge, the one plug where the boiler was plugged into did not work and the fan seems to fall out of the roof. The shower's water (with pressure) went on and off for a long time (which is a waste of water) and when the water was finally ready I just finished in time ─ then the water stopped completely. The rooms definitely need an upgrade!

It's a very peaceful environment with the beauty of nature around you. The meals were top notch and very friendly staff. It's the first time someone calls us to find out if we're on our way and still safe, we appreciated it. Beautiful people and beautiful surroundings.
We had a very nice overnight stay in a well equipped, clean and tidy chalet with excellent service from Esther, Willem and their staff. We will definitely stay there again.

Peaceful, private and quiet atmosphere.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Meals are excellent. Rooms can be upgraded a bit. We only slept over one night so it didn't matter. Will definitely go there again.

From our arrival to our departure the people were just wonderful and caring. Once again thank you for the special arrangement for our princess' 13th birthday breakfast, so special and kind of you. I am usually very fussy when it comes to cleanliness, but this place was really clean. Even the garden gave me some new ideas. The chef was just great. Thank you for the tasty breakfast muffins with flavours that burst in your mouth! Thank you for a hospitable place where we could just relax and for all your trouble.
Friendly welcome and wonderful stay in very cute, clean units with everything at our disposal that we needed. Unfortunately, breakfast was not included in our stay, as the quote stipulated. (Although this was taken up with staff, I received no response back.) There was also something on our account that we didn't use, but it was taken off immediately when we asked about it. Still highly recommended.

Oasis in the middle of a lot of fields. So beautiful, so delicious and the people are so hospitable. Would love to go again.
More suitable for backpackers. There is not much to do. We only saw the hostess when we got there the first time. She didn't share anything with us about sights, attractions or recommended places. We had to venture into unknown directions ourselves to explore the place and thus our vehicle got two flat tires.
We booked 3 months in advance, but there was no one to welcome us when we arrived. Spreaders sprayed in the road which made our car terribly dirty because it was also a dirt road. The gardener went to call someone to come and help us, the lady received us on the bar counter with a handwritten piece of paper and asked 5 times what our surnames were. Every time she still addressed us by the wrong surnames too. In the end my colleague and I had to share a double bed where we asked for 2 single beds. We and our friends were moved 3 times from rooms upon our arrival because the lady was not sure which rooms we booked. There are no fences around the place which made us feel very unsafe. A thick, suffocating cloud of smoke hung over the buildings all the time. We were really disappointed. Not at all what we expected, according to what we saw on the web page.
We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend, it was just what we wanted, very peaceful and the food was top notch. Thank you so much Ester for the extra effort you made with my Friday night surprise from my husband, it was something special for me.
Accommodation was very reasonable and the owners very considerate. My motorbike was even allowed to stay in the garage for the evening! The food was also very good!
Just want to let you know that it was probably one of the nicest weekends away for us. From our arrival to departure we were taken care of. Ester and her husband are probably some of the best friends you can meet on your trip. Their accommodation is five star and the food is top notch. Their staff is some of the best. You can recommend them to any decent people. We can't wait for the next time we can squeeze in to visit them again.
While the guest house is clean and security conscious, and the owners are friendliness personified, the location and type of accommodation made me feel it is suitable only for an overnight stay. The setting (in the middle of nowhere) and the lack of view would not make me want to stay for a few days. There are game farms in the vicinity for those who enjoy that sort of thing.

However, pre-checks would have gone a long way to make the venue more comfortable: ie water pumped on time, all toilets checked if they are working, and more communication to guests.
