Halleria is a peaceful place. It is minimalistic. Great service by the staff. The location is great, so close to the rugby fields where we could attend the rugby tournament.
It was an incredible experience to be able to rest in nature with birdsong! If you are tired and exhausted, you will experience it at Halleria among the lovely trees and gardens! Thanks Halleria!

Me, my spouses and two friends had rooms E5 and E6 for the period 1 February to 3 February 2024. The rooms were neat and clean, ideal for two people. Everything needed for self-catering units was available. The rooms were a bit far from the pools, but otherwise we can't complain at all. We would like to suggest that chair cushions are provided for the chairs outside, as well as a parasol for the hot sun. We have observed that the inventory does not match the equipment in the rooms in any way, and management needs to look into this.
The place is peaceful, noise-free. House cleaning done daily. Close to a shopping centre. Loved the kitchen; it's fully equipped.
Absolutely fantastic, peaceful setting, safe, close to Casterbridge where I had cycling tournament, shops were close.
Gugu was very friendly upon our arrival and explained us very well how to get to our accommodation, she also came to see if we got there all right. The area is nice and quiet.
The unit is well equipped and the staff is friendly. Oh, luckily there was a problem with hot water that wasn't properly resolved during our stay.
The stay was great, the room was clean and had all we needed for our time there.
Only complaint is that there is no coffee or tea available, should be standard in any accommodation.
Halleria is located on a smallholding in White River, which is a very beautiful area. The unit we stayed in is adjacent to two other units. The guests were all very calm. The units are very nicely and modernly furnished and have everything you need. We had a very nice stay. Thank you very much!

Beautiful surroundings, the road to the guest house could be improved.
First we were told we were being "upgraded" to another apartment, but then later realized they had overbooked the original reservation. The fridge couldn't stay closed and they have a bottle with pebbles in it on the floor that says "refrigerator door". The cauldron was green inside. Cupboards and floors were full of dust. No standby generator. We booked four nights but were given other accommodation after the second night.
