Towels were just not very neat, and only had 1 in our room then they brought another one later. Room 1 had someone else's clothes and cleaning supplies in the closet.

Haven't been so impressed by a guest house in a long time. Very beautiful, stylish, neat, quiet and excellent customer service.
The guest house was very clean and tidy, breakfast was included and really tasty. Very safe. Will definitely go back. Remember your swimwear!
Comfortable accommodation and centrally located. Breakfast was difficult - you have to allow a time for breakfast and when you get there the eggs and bacon or sausages are ready. Bread still needs to be toasted and if you wanted to eat breakfast porridge, we have to eat it later or let your eggs get cold. You can pay attention to it. Not nice to start your day with cold breakfast.
The particular room has always had an issue with the plumbing, especially the toilet and shower drain. And still. The rest is beautiful as always, but a leaky toilet that looks so dirty from all the patching and trying and fixing while water keeps pooling does not fit the bill. One feels disgusted to use it. And with diseases now starting to show up, I would make quick work of this! I suggest you sort out the leaky, dirty toilet and adapt the nice big shower so that it is suitable for a person with physical challenges. Handrails at the toilet as well as in the shower as well as a shower chair. Paint, new decor and mats look good, but that's about it. Staff are as always very professional. Location perfect! Thank you. Hope you take the requests seriously. You are only going to benefit from it.
The staff were friendly and you had good access to everything. The rooms were clean and the surrounding gardens were very neat. Great view from the swimming pool.

The manager is very friendly and provided good service.
Curtain rails crooked. Fan and air conditioning are incredibly noisy and the shower cannot be used. Not good value at all for R1000 a night.
