The host is very friendly and we were received with a warm welcome. They have solar so load shedding is not an issue. The only thing I will recommend to them is putting a fan in for the night times, because it can get very warm and you can't put the aircon on at night due to the solar.

What a pleasant experience it was. Jattie and Johan were so welcoming. I felt at home the moment I arrived (I'm traveling female-alone, so that was very reassuring). Everything was clean and tidy. It was a nice big place. It has the nicest shower. The environment itself is so peaceful and calm. Even though I was traveling for work, it felt like I was on vacation. It's also very safe with anti-theft in front of the sliding door that I could lock and I got the most delicious home-baked biscuit on my bed. I 100% recommend them to anyone!

Jatti and her husband Johan made a special effort to make contact in advance and be sure that we knew they were expecting us and also that we were taking the right path. The cottage where we stayed was a particularly clean and pleasant place. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to sleep near Potch.

We are received with genuine South African hospitality. It was one of the best weekends! From the moment we got there until the last day, it felt like we were visiting family on the farm. The extremely neat self-catering apartment is safe, homely, neatly furnished and decorated, with quality everywhere. The communication was also very good throughout and they made a lot of effort to accommodate us. The kitchen is well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised with more than enough tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. We also really appreciated the bottled water and soft drinks for the long drive. Our stay at Hart & Siel was breathtaking. The owners are very friendly and kind. The apartment was beautiful. There were surprises everywhere. Like biscuits, cookies and milk in the fridge, chocolates on the table. Bathroom was complete and equipped with soap and shampoo. Our apartment's power went out and she immediately moved us to another place. I will definitely visit again.
