Our stay was amazing and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. I loved our stay in this beautiful safe neighbourhood.
I really enjoyed it.
It was very well organized. The rooms were well prepared and clean. Management made sure that we were settled in comfortably. All the basics were provided, such as coffee, tea, rusks, and drinking water.
My parents and I booked in for my PhD graduation from 1 May to 3 May. We booked and paid 6 weeks in advance and requested secure parking since we were coming from far. We were transferred to another lodge after a double booking. It was wonderful! It was absolutely amazing, and I really enjoyed sharing that day with the hosts. Thanks for arranging this transfer - it made the 12-hour drive to Potch a lot more peaceful, knowing that our accommodation was as we booked 6 weeks prior.

The most beautiful, cleanest and nicest place in Potchefstroom with the most beautiful decor. We were received incredibly friendly upon arrival and everything was explained to us so well. The room is nice and big and spacious with the nicest, softest bedding. The bathroom is so big. Very peaceful environment and very safe. On Sunday when we left, we were again greeted with so much love. We will definitely use the accommodation again, because the service was great. Thank you very much for being so patient when we arrived later than the time we were supposed to check in. Your places were just the best.

We booked into Hartedief Gastekamers for a quick one-night stay. The hosts gave us a warm and friendly welcome and even helped us unpack. The room is incredibly neat and has all the essentials you need for a short 1-3 night stay. It is very well situated, and we were surprised by the nearby park and river, which were within walking distance, where we could relax on the grass under the willow trees and have a sundowner. We will definitely book with the accommodation again if we are in the Potch area. Thank you for a wonderful short stay!

We were well received by Gerrit. The unit is well located for visiting the NWU. Everything you want from a guest house was here. There are sure to be enough blankets in case you get cold.
Our hostess was friendly and spoiled us with delicious biscuits and milk in the small fridge. She let us know what the weather was like there and possible times of loadshedding. Luckily there was no loadshedding because their location rarely gets it.

Arrival, well received. First comments, very tidy, necessary things in place, even provided for load shedding. Bed was firm yet soft, slept well. Bathroom facilities, nice hot shower, clean. We arrived outside of arrival time and were still kindly accommodated.
We had a great stay, everything we needed was there. Was very neat and clean.
All that was disappointing was that fridge was broken. We were there for athletics and fridge is quite important for water and soft drinks. At least they have that we put cold things in the house's fridge. It's just not that convenient and felt too bad to put everything in the fridge.
