Idyllic location in the forest perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway especially if you are looking to turn off the gadgets for a few days (off the grid, no WiFi, no TV). Outside kitchen / braai area with hot tub a highlight. We loved it.
It was amazing, romantic, secluded and so peaceful. So beautiful, the hot tub was the highlight. The weather was perfect, and I enjoyed the stroll to the dam. I will definitely be back to try Hillside Hideaway, the other cabin.

The accommodation is exactly as it was described. Lize made an effort to make everything run smoothly. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The towels were of good quality. The environment lends itself to good rest. Can highly recommend this place. There are just no power plugs for things like hair dryers, but no load shedding either.
It was an amazing experience, the cabin is better than the pictures.
It is very beautiful, we had a nice stay. A suggestion is to install lighting at the back outside the shower area, but otherwise everything was perfect.
We enjoyed our stay. We had some inconveniences with the electricity being off. Luckily, we had a power bank, but we had to charge it at a restaurant, and that was a major inconvenience. We were so worried about the food going off in the fridge, but they managed to fix the issue the next day. They were apologetic about it as well, but overall the place is great, very peaceful. It's a good place for couples, very intimate setup. Great views, the sound of the birds chirping, and the water flowing was just amazing.

Even more beautiful than the photos, natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. Hosts respect your privacy. Only power points are USB-A, but you don't need electricity at all. Hot tub and braai area is a feast. Will definitely go again.
