The master bedroom leads off the living area, with a sliding door to the patio offering views. It is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with double basins, a shower, a bath, and a toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a TV and a work desk. All rooms are equipped with heaters and fans, and there is a separate guest toilet available.
The apartment includes a kitchen, an open-plan living area with a large comfy couch, TV, and plenty of board games for entertainment, as well as a high bar stool seating in a spacious dining area with large sliding windows overlooking the stunning sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. A separate wash-up area houses a washing machine and dishwasher for added convenience. Wi-Fi access is provided.
Outside, the apartment features an outdoor patio with a Weber grill and a cosy lounging area, perfect for relaxation.

House rules
Colourful towels are provided for the beach, while white towels are for bathing. The white towels should not be used outdoors.Ensure the outside cushions are stored inside under the TV cabinet when it is raining.
When the dustbin is full, the bag should be deposited in the designated refuse area in the basement. If unsure, the groundsman, Stafford, can be asked for assistance.
Rechargeable lights are available for use during load shedding. Please plug them in to recharge during the stay. Should there be any power trips due to load shedding, the electric board is on the wall upon entering the house and turning left. The stovetop is gas-powered and will require matches to light during load shedding.
The cupboards on the right side of the wall after the entrance are kept locked as they are used for the owner's storage – please do not open them.
Always take a cell phone when using the lift, as this is the only way to communicate in case of an issue. The preferred and recommended option is to use the stairs, sending luggage up by lift while walking the stairs.
Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the stay. No smoking (including vaping) is allowed in the flat. Contact the host in case of any damages.
The flat is serviced once a week. The cleaning lady will be in the unit from about 9:00 to 15:00 and has her own set of keys. The host will inform guests of the cleaning day.
For additional cleaning during longer stays, contact the host.
If using the gas heaters, ensure they are switched off when not in use.
Pink and blue striped blankets are provided for beach use. Bedding blankets should not be used for the beach. Two beach chairs are stored at the top of the palm tree room cupboard, along with a black and white umbrella. Kindly refrain from using the owner’s surfboards. There is also a spade and bucket for children and plastic dishes in the cupboard for beach picnics or kids' meals.
A safe is available in the main bedroom to lock away valuables – the locking instructions are in the safe.
A hairdryer is available for use in the main bedroom. The first aid kit and fire extinguisher are in the drawer of the kitchen island.
Each apartment has one parking bay allocated on a "first come, first served" basis. Alternatively, there is street parking available in front of and opposite Hill House.
