62 guests' feedbackLovely quite apartment even though it is close to the freeway. The area is safe and the security of the apartment is good. The bedroom is large with a comfortable queen-size bed. The lounge/kitchen is well fitted with enough kitchen utensils to make a meal, although we only made tea. The garden is beautiful and well kept. The owner of the home is very helpful and friendly.

Staying there was perfect for our needs (nearby business district) and the hosts were absolutely lovely.
Delightful little cottage, tea, coffee and milk provided, microwave and fridge worked well. Beautiful garden, carefully cared for, to sit in and have a cup of tea. Friendly hosts who are very responsive to questions.

Our welcome was warm and friendly and Denise went out of her way to make sure everything was ok. Spacious and nice place to stay with lots of extras. The only reason we give 3 stars for safety is because vehicles are not behind a locking gate. However, the accommodation itself was very secure with trellis and burglar bars in front of all the windows. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
At first the place looked suitable. However, there were issues like the wooden toilet seat was broken, shower tap leaked, crockery and cutlery in the kitchen were packed away but dirty. I brought it to the attention of the owners. Toilet seat repaired using wood glue? Not hygienic. It is shabby and not worth the price I paid.

We were received very kindly and made to feel at home. Very reasonable rates are strongly recommended. We had a nice rest after our daily excursions.
The accommodation is spacious and well equipped, perfectly clean and tidy. The private little garden is a bonus. Access to highways and thoroughfares is easy and quick to reach.
Owners are friendly and helpful. We didn't not stay long only had one night and had to leave early. So we didn't use the facility to it's full potential.

Customer service from the owners was great and the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well set out with all amenities available for both a short and long stay. The security of the accommodation was excellent and directions to the location were spot on. Home from Home Eureka is the perfect destination for couples. The unit is connected to the main house with its own entrance and own small backyard where you can have a cozy barbecue. The area is very safe with patrols taking place throughout the evening. We were kindly welcomed by Denise and her husband, and they explained to us exactly how everything in the unit works with careful emphasis on water conservation. We had satellite TV, extra blankets, a heater/fan and they were kind enough to give us the WiFi password. They left us each a yogurt, apple, biscuit and packet of crisps when we got there. They are wonderful and hospitable people who looked after us and made sure we were happy, during and after our holiday. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
Kind, thoughtful and caring hospitality. Home from Home Eureka far exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was spacious and cosy with all the home-from-home comforts. We enjoyed watching movies on the big TV with a mug of hot chocolate, lounging on very comfortable sofas in a snug and safe environment. The outdoor garden area is a delightful, private spot to relax and entertain visitors with braai facilities as an added space to relax and enjoy. This centrally located accommodation in a beautiful residential suburb earns extra points in my books. The purpose of our visit was to attend a graduation ceremony and I can highly recommend Home from Home Eureka to all parents who need to visit students studying in Cape Town as the university is just minutes away. Also just minutes away from all the wonderful things to see and do in Cape Town and visitors can do it all and then relax in this wonderful spot. We plan to stay there again on our next visit to Cape Town.
