John is lovely and very helpful.
We enjoyed the accommodation and can recommend it. The rooms are very bright in the evening, so sensitive sleepers may find this a problem. The area is also quite busy and not quiet at all.

Great, enjoyed every moment.
Unfortunately, when we arrived our rooms were not ready, with people inside using the bathroom. That is a very bad first impression. We had to wait around until they finished, dropped off our bags and then they completed the cleaning of our rooms. Also, the rooms were just rooms inside a house with a communal lounge, rather than apartments with lounge areas, as apparently depicted in the online brochure. Also, WiFi is not strong enough for live viewing, only Netflix. Not a train smash, but not as advertised.
Everything needed was available.
The place needs attention and the location is very noisy.
