15 guests' feedbackNice spacious apartment. We like space and Ipanema was nice and big and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
The place is in a very good location and was nice to stay at, but had a few issues. There are a few things that bothered me a bit. The cupboards had been dirty and had to be wiped out before we could pack colours. The beds are uncomfortable to sleep on and you just got up with body aches. Although there is a washing machine advertised as working, it is impractical and unusable. The washing machine was very dirty and there is a place to hang laundry, but it may not be used via the rules. So you will still use laundromat. The apartment has one fan, in the living room. So the bedrooms are very warm. Had to shell out extra money to buy fans. All bedding is white, so would not suggest for people with small children.
It's our second visit to Ipanema.
It was clean and safe with an ocean view and the ocean is within walking distance.
It is a lovely spacious and large apartment with a nice view and is also central. The kitchen surfaces and the inside of the refrigerator were dirty. The fridge was leaking and the floor was permanently wet. The bedding had holes in it and didn't feel very clean either.
Ideal location it's safe, and within walking distance to and from the beach, nice and quiet place.
Place was clean and tidy with a wonderful view of the sea. Will go back again.
There are some small problems like, no towels and this was not told ahead of time. You just need towels, cleaning products, etc. summarise. Also, if you get hot very easily I would suggest taking a fan with you. There are also no mirrors in the guest rooms, only the master bedroom, so if you have girls take mirrors with you.
The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The bonus point was of course that the apartment was equipped with a washing machine and we didn't need to spend money on dry cleaners. The view was amazing and we could see the dolphins jumping into the sea every day. The service of the agency was excellent. We had a problem with the gate but it was sorted within minutes. It was a pleasure to rent the place for the holiday and we will definitely go again.
Could definitely recommend it. Everything you need was in the apartment. Nice view of the beach. Very clean.

We didn't know there were no braai facilities. Also too few garden chairs. Furthermore, it is a particularly nice apartment, very clean and tidy. The double bed is not nice, sorry.
Clean, spacious apartment, nice walking distance from beach, all that comes up short is mirror in other two rooms. Furthermore, we give the apartment a 10/10.
